It is show-boating to convince the Rs to cough up their $61B “inheritance for fighting this ling”. IMHO that’s a bad tactic. The Red Army would probably like to get this over with.

The Russian oligarchs are more greedy than religious. The Kremlin is less interested in the cultural warfare.
